Salsa Picante
Ingredients
- 4 large ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 4 spring onions, chopped.
- Large handful of fresh coriander leaves
- Juice of one lime
- One chilli, chopped (DO NOT DESEED)
- 1 large clove garlic, chopped
Method

Put all the ingredients into a food processor. Wizz for a few
seconds, enough to chop everything together, but still with
recognisable lumps of tomato (i.e. not a puree).

Serve with taco chips and cold beer (preferably Dos Equis amber).
